4. Combine all filling ingredients in a small sauce pan. Mix well.

2. Whisk together the egg whites and vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix together stevia blend, baking powder, brown rice flour and salt. Using a fork or pastry cutter to cut butter into mixture then add in egg whites and continue cutting to crumble the mixture. Set aside.
3. In blender, add cleaned strawberries, 2 tsp. stevia and glucomannan, blend until fruit is chopped well, but not emulsified.
4. Sprinkle half the crumble in the bottom of pan and press together and into the corners. Next, layer the strawberry mixture, then sprinkle the rest of the crumble over the top.

3. Beat the softened cream cheese with the egg and Sukrin Melis (Icing Sugar) in a small bowl until completely incorporated.
4. Place into the middle of the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let cool completely before lifting out of the pan.Cut the strawberry cream cheese crumble into 16 squares with a large chef's knife, cutting straight down. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Makes 16.
