1. Preheat oven to 400Place spaghetti squash in microwave for 4-5 minutes to soften. Cut in half and scrape seeds out. Brush inside squash with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and lay face down on a sheet pan. Roast for 30 minutes.
2. In skillet, brown ground beef in oil for 7 to 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce to ground beef and let simmer until spaghetti squash is finished.
3. Use a fork to scrape squash. Serve squash with meat sauce over top with freshly grated parmesan and basil.
