1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the pancetta and garlic paste.
2. Cook until the fat on the pancetta has rendered, then add chopped fresh tomatoes, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the juice from the tomatoes has reduced.
3. Add the cooked spaghetti squash to the skillet, then turn to coat it in the tomato sauce. Add some shredded Parmesan, then serve.
4. Garnish with extra red pepper flakes.

3. Add the tomatoes and cook for around 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4. Drain the spaghetti when cooked to al dente and toss quickly in the saucepan. Transfer to a bowl and serve garnished with fresh basil.
