1. Place all spices in a small bowl and mix together. Rub pork loin in spices all over. Place in slower cooker and cook 8-10 hours on low or until fork tender.
2. Take out roast and shred, reserving liquid. Place meat back into the slow cooker on keep warm setting. Add a few tablespoons of the liquid back into the meat, add in bbq sauce of your choice until it is dressed as you like it.
3. Serve pulled pork on slider buns with more bbq sauce and pickled onions. Enjoy!
