To make this gluten free low carb keto naan bread begin by combining the coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, salt, and coconut oil. Then add your optional garlic to the mixture. Now add 1 cup of hot water and start to combine the ingredients.
Flatten and make into naan bread shapes. Use a rolling pin to roll into 6 – 7 cm thick naans. Over a medium to high heat spray a pan with plenty of frylight and cook each naan bread separately. Approx 1 – 2 minutes each side.

Out of all the low-carb flours available out there, I found that almond flour worked best to make this Indian naan bread. Tip: Remember to use blanched almond flour, not almond meal.
