Easy Baked Jerk Chicken Low carb is an easy paleo, low carb and healthy Jerk chicken Recipe made in the oven. In a large mixing bowl combine all marinade ingredients. Mix together thoroughly.
Keto Jamaican Jerk Chicken. Literally the best, and easiest jerk chicken I’ve ever had, and super easy to boot. Place the chicken in a quart-size Ziploc bag. Pour marinade ingredients onto the chicken and let it rest overnight or up to 24 hours. When ready to cook, heat a nonstick pan and add the tablespoon of vegetable oil or ghee.
My favorite way is over a charcoal grill but you can also use a grill pan on the stove, a regular propane grill, or even the oven with a few minutes under the broiler at the end to crisp up the skin and get that classic char that Jerk Chicken is famous for. I like to serve this with cauliflower rice and some grilled vegetables for a complete meal.
With a complex blend of savory spices, a touch of heat, depth from soy sauce, and the freshness of lime, Jamaican Jerk Chicken is a hard dish to pass up. Serve this up with Black Beans and rice, or Coconut Sesame Rice and Mango Black Bean Salsa.
