1. In a medium bowl, stir together, tomatoes, basil, Parmesan, garlic, and olive oil. Cover and refrigerate while shrimp is cooking.
2. Prepare shrimp scampi according to package directions. Remove from heat, and cool slightly.
3. Meanwhile, spread a heaping tablespoonful of tomato mixture onto about 20 bread slices. Top each with a shrimp and drizzle pan drippings over all.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 4-6 minutes or until heated through and bread is slightly toasted on edges. Serve immediately.

3. While the shrimp bakes, combine the tomatoes and basil in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Once the shrimp has baked, top each slice of baguette with some of the tomato basil mixture and top with a piece of the shrimp scampi. Serve immediately.
