1. Make the fathead dough as described. Place the fathead dough on a large piece of parchment paper on a rimmed sheet pan. Then place another piece of parchment paper on top of the dough. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out between the two pieces of parchment paper. The use a fork to poke holes in the dough so the dough doesn’t rise. Bake in a preheated oven on 350° for 6-8 minutes or golden brown.
2. Next, take the crust out of the oven and add on your favorite pizza toppings and seasonings. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Serve warm or cool. Store in an airtight container or zip top bag.
