4. Remove the paper towels and spread them out in an even layer onto silicone mat or parchment paper lined baking sheets. Place them in the oven at the lowest temperature your oven goes - we did 170 degrees - for 4 hours. After 4 hours, turn the oven temp up to 250 and roast for another 2.5 hours.
