3. Place the chicken in the bag. Then add the carrots, potatoes, garlic, and onions. Seal bag and place in a large baking dish that is at least 2 inches thick.
4. Cut six 1/2 slits in the top of the bag so the steam can escape. Make sure there is enough room in the oven to allow the bag to expand without touching any parts of the oven.
