4. Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with non-stick spray and lay the oil-side down and lightly cover your casserole. Bake 40 minutes then uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese turns bubbly and golden.

Top with remaining grated mozzarella and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for about 20 minutes more, or until hot and bubbly.
