Servings: 2Total Time: 15 minsCategory: Main Course1. In a bowl, beat / whisk egg whites until fluffy. Add pepper and 1/2 of lemon juice measurement (save rest for sprinkling over top of fish later).
2. In another bowl, add ground sesame seeds and/or ground pork rinds with seasoning.
3. Coat fish with egg mixture, then coat in crumb mixture. Put in a (greased) baking dish and sprinkle a little more lemon juice on top. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Sprinkle more lemon juice over top of fish before serving, if desired.

2. Remove the fillets from the marinade and season with salt and pepper then coat both sides with sesame seeds. Spray broiler pan with non-stick vegetable spray and pre-heat broiler.
3. Broil about 4 inches from heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
