1. Cut rack of ribs in half down the middle between two of the rib bones to make two pieces. This will make it easy to fit in the air fryer and give you two half racks for two smaller serves to pair with a side.
2. Place ribs in a rack in the air fryer, fleshy side up. Baste with ¼ of your BBQ sauce. Turn with tongs so the fleshy side is down and repeat on the other side.
3. Cook for 15 minutes at 220°C/425°F. Open the air fryer and baste again. Turn so the fleshy side is facing up again and baste with remaining sauce. Cook another 15 minutes to finish.

3. Mix spices together and then rub all over the ribs.
4. Place the ribs into the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Mine took 40 minutes and were crispy and tender. They were not fall apart tender though. If you want them fall apart tender, try cooking them at 300°F for at least 50 minutes.
