Add soy sauce mixture to the pan and stir once, then let the pork caramelize by not stirring for about a minute. Stir again, then rest for another minute. Repeat until pork is browned and caramelized on the outside.
3. Fill tortillas with pork, top with the pineapple salsa and drizzle with chili sauce. Garnish with chopped cilantro and lime wedges if desired and serve.
