I find that a half a cup of coconut milk plus a quarter of a cup of water is the perfect milk option for this smoothie. Another alternative is to just use 3 quarters of a cup of almond milk or your low carb milk of choice. Yogurt – you’ll find that plain, natural or Greek yogurt are the lowest carb yogurt options.
