3. Roll the wide end to the smaller tip of the crescent making sure to tuck any side that isn't tight and secure. Place the croissants on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the heavy cream.
4. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, making sure to rotate the pan halfway through to make sure all the croissants are golden brown.
