1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9-inch square pan with foil, allowing some to hang over sides of pan.
2. In large bowl, break cookie dough into small chunks. Stir in 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and the remaining ingredients until well mixed. Press mixture in pan.
3. Bake 19 to 24 minutes or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool 30 minutes.
4. In small microwavable bowl, microwave remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips uncovered on High 30 to 60 seconds, stirring until melted. Transfer melted chocolate to small resealable food-storage plastic bag; cut small corner off one end of bag, and drizzle on top of bars. Cool completely, about 3 hours, or until chocolate is set. Remove bars from pan; cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.
