2. Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a medium mixing bowl and stir with the melted butter.
3. Pour the mixture into a 9" pie dish and press into an even layer on the bottom and up the sides. I like to do this using the bottom of a drinking glass or measuring cup to get the crumbs tightly packed into the bottom of the dish.
4. Refrigerate the crust while you're making the filling.

3. Beat pudding mixes and milk with a handheld whisk for 2 minutes (it will be thick). Spoon 1-1/2 cups over chocolate layer and smooth.
4. To the remaining pudding, stir in HALF of the Cool Whip. Spread over pudding layer in crust.
