DirectionsStep1Measure out the almond flour. Weighing it out will be best. Add all other try ingredients to your almond flour.Step2Beat for a few seconds of the room temp coconut oil with the vanilla extract.Step3Beat the egg into the coconut mixture.Step4Add the almond flour mixture to your wet egg mixture. Beat and blend together. The batter will be sticky.Step5Once combined, scope out the cookie dough an place onto your cookie sheet.Step6Once the dough is on the sheet, tap the bottom of the pan to help spread out the batter some.Step7Cook on 350 degrees fahrenheit for 10 to 12 minutes. Or until slight golden brown on edges. Allow to cool.Step8Once cooled, this is when you would drizzle that caramel sauce on these cookies.
