1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with foil, extending the sides of the foil over the edges of the pan. Spray the foil with with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar and eggs, then whisk in the vanilla.
3. With a wooden spoon, stir in the peanut butter until a thick and creamy batter forms; it is ready when no plain peanut butter can be seen and all the ingredients are incorporated.
4. Spread half of the peanut butter cookie dough batter into the bottom of the pan and press it into a single, even layer. Spoon the Nutella over the cookie dough layer. You pay want to spoon the Nutella into a separate bowl and microwave it briefly to soften it.
