3. Next, add in almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, spices and salt; mix well to combine and form a dough. Chill dough for 30 minutes or up to 2 days.
4. Use a heaping tablespoon to form dough into balls then place on baking sheet about 3 inches apart. Bake for 8-11 minutes or until cookies are set on top. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to finishing cooling.
