2. Add all of the meatloaf ingredients to a large bowl except for the extra ketchup, which is reserved for the topping!
3. Using a fork, or your hands, mix the meatloaf ingredients together. Be sure not to press or compact the meat if you can help it, just make sure you keep mixing until it's one cohesive mixture!
4. Add the meat mixture to the prepared loaf tin and form it into a loaf shape.
