3. Remove from the oven and cool completely on the baking sheet. Dust with powdered monk fruit sweetener or make frosting if desired.
4. For the frosting, combine the coconut oil and powdered monk fruit sweetener until creamy. Add matcha powder, vanilla, salt and mix until smooth. Add milk, 1 tsp at a time only as needed until desired consistency.
