DirectionsStep1Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F.Step2Pop the popcorn however you like (I used an air popper) and pick through it to remove any un-popped kernels. Put it in a large roasting pan and place it in the oven to keep it warm while you prepare the caramel.Step3Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.Step4In a large saucepan, over medium heat, combine the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.Step5Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly with a silicone spatula. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring, then remove the mixture from the heat.Step6Stir in the baking soda and vanilla.Step7Take the popcorn from the oven and pour the caramel over top of the popcorn.Step8Stir the popcorn to coat it all with the caramel and spread it on the two prepared cookie sheets.Step9Bake the popcorn for 1 hour, stirring well every 15 minutes.Step10Remove the baking sheets from the oven and spread the popcorn out on wax paper to cool, breaking the pieces apart as it cools off enough to handle.Step11Store in an airtight container at room temperatureIngredientsIngredients1 cupPopcorn Kernels1 cupUnsalted Butter2 cupsBrown Sugar½ cupCorn Syrup2 teaspoonsSalt½ teaspoonBaking Soda1 teaspoonVanillaNutritionalNutritional355 Calories12 gTotal Fat49 mgCholesterol49 gCarbohydrate515 mgSodiumFrom bake-eat-repeat.comRecipeDirectionsIngredientsNutritionalExplore furtherSuper Easy Caramel Corn Recipe - Food.comfood.comEasy Homemade Caramel Corn - Two Sisterstwosisterscrafting.comThe Easiest and Best Caramel Corn I've Ever Made - …food.comEasy Microwave Caramel Corn - Your Cup of Cakeyourcupofcake.comGrandma’s Homemade Caramel Corn - Sally's Baking Addictionsallysbakingaddiction.comRecommended to you based on what's popular • Feedback
