1. In a large bowl combine chicken, 2 tbsp hot sauce, vinegar, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder salt and pepper.
2. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Place wings on a broiler rack and broil on low, about 8 inches from the flame for about 10-12 minutes on each side. (All ovens are different so be careful not to burn and make sure it is cooked before removing)
4. While chicken cooks, heat the remaining hot sauce until warm.

1. In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients except the cornstarch and water. Bring the sauce to a simmer, stirring often, until the butter is melted.
2. Combine the cornstarch and water in a small mug and stir until it is completely dissolved.
3. Pour the cornstarch slurry into the sauce and immediately start whisking it into the sauce. Keep whisking, and the sauce will start to thicken. When the sauce is noticeably thicker (i.e. will heavily coat the back of a spoon), remove the sauce from the heat and set aside.
4. Use immediately on foods that are hot (i.e. chicken wings) or let cool to room temperature to use on foods that are cold (i.e. salads). Best enjoyed the day it’s made, but leftovers will last for 3-4 days in the fridge.
