And now pour in the remaining meat sauce.Step10Assemble the last layer with parmesan, and leftover mozzarella cheese.Step11Cover with aluminum foil and bake on the center oven rack for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly becoming golden brown.Step12Remove the baked ziti from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley or basil on top before serving.
