1. Peel the Bottle gourd and cut into 2, slice out the seeds and grate the bottle gourd using a steel grater, put aside.
2. Add Ghee/Clarified butter in a heated wok or pan, Add almond and pistachio nuts and fry until golden brown and then keep aside.
3. In the same pan, Add grated bottle gourd, cook on low-medium heat for few minutes.
4. Then Add Milk, Heavy Whipping cream, crushed fried nuts, green food color and let it simmer for 2 minutes, stir while doing so and then dish it out and enjoy.
