2. Set crock pot on high and cook for 6-8 hours (we had ours in longer and its ok).
3. Remove pork, shred with two forks. Discard all but 1/2c juice. Put pork and 1/2 cup reserved juice back into the crock pot and add 1/4-1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. Mix and serve!
