Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium/high heat. Dice the chicken, add to the pan and cook through until browned all over. Remove from the pan and set aside. Whilst the chicken is cooking, add the cauliflower to a pan and cover with water.
