1. In a wok or a deep pan, heat olive oil and saute green chili and onion until the onion is soft and translucent. Add in the sliced mushrooms and salt, and cook until the mushrooms start to brown.
2. Add the minced garlic, and cook for a minute until it's fragrant. Then add the spices, tomato paste and water. Simmer until the sauce thickens and serve.

1. Heat 1 Tsp oil in a frying pan and add mushrooms. Fry for 6-8 minutes over medium-high heat until the mushrooms are starting to caramelize and brown in the edges. Transfer it to a plate.
