WEBJan 10, 2023 · In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. In a food processor, blend oatmeal until fine. Add to flour mixture. Stir butter mixture into flour/oatmeal mixture. Blend well. Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Stir until blended. Roll into golf balls size and bake for 8-10 minutes.
WEBAdd to the above mixture and mix well: 6 cups flour; 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 1/2 tsp baking soda. Stir in 4 ups chocolate chips and, if desired 2 cups chopped nuts. For large cookies use slightly less than 1/4 cup dough per cookie. Flatten dough slightly to 1/4 inch thickness. Bake on cookie sheet lined with waxed paper for 8-10 minutes.
