After that, make a smooth paste of dal in a grinding jar. Avoid using water and let the paste remain a little thick.
2. Afterwards, put a pan over medium flame and heat ghee in it. Once the ghee is hot enough, add the ground dal paste and roast until ghee is absorbed by the dal paste. This will take 2-5 minutes. Add sugar in it and stir well for 2-3 minutes. Finally, add water and stir well. Close the lid and let dal paste cook for 10-15 minutes.
3. Open the lid after 15 minutes. Now, add chopped dry fruits to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot!
