This easy dinner recipe is made with a wide variety of ingredients including flank steak, minced garlic, green onions, ginger, golden monk fruit sweetener, and more. Plus, this Keto Mongolian Beef is soy free (unlike many Mongolian Beef recipes) as, instead of soy sauce, liquid aminos is used.
Spices – The main spices in Mongolian beef are garlic and ginger. You can use fresh minced ginger and fresh minced or grated garlic. If you don’t have fresh garlic, you can use powdered garlic. One tablespoon equals three-fourths of a teaspoon of garlic powder.
You only need to cook the meat for your low carb Mongolian Beef for about 1-3 minutes or so, it cooks very fast. You’ll also need to watch that you don’t burn it when you have the skillet on a high heat. Then when the meat is almost finished cooking you can add the green onions and cook them briefly for about 30 seconds to a minute or so.
