2. Heat another pan over medium heat. Spread a portion of the mozzarella into a rough circle and cook until it melts and begins to bubble – usually 2-3 minutes.
3. Portion out a quarter of the cooked meat, add some tomato slices and a handful of greens, and fold in half.
4. Cook both sides until your cheese burrito is browned.
