Wholesome Yum is a keto low carb blog. Here you will find natural, gluten-free, low carb recipes with 10 ingredients or less, plus lots of resources. These easy keto recipes are sugar-free, LCHF, and often paleo.
Like the Wholesome Yum website, each recipe in The Wholesome Yum Easy Keto Cookbook requires 10 ingredients or less. By convention, salt and pepper are not included, and we only count each ingredient once, even if it’s used twice in making a dish. And of course, each recipe includes essential macros information.
I always loved Maya's food blog and have made a lot of her recipes posted there, so I was really excited to get this cookbook when it came out. It's a great collection of easy and tasty Keto recipes. The hardback option is very well done and the photos are excellent.
