2. Add in the garlic and saute a couple of minutes.
3. Move the onion and garlic to the side of the pan and add in the chicken and let brown. Stir cubes around and let brown on the other side as well.
4. Add in the frozen spinach, mango, tomato paste, fire roasted tomatoes, smoked paprika, chili powder (optional).
