2. Add carrots and green beans. Cook for about 2 minutes until tender yet crunchy. Season with ground pepper, salt to taste and oyster sauce. Stir gently to combine. Add cabbage and jicama (singkamas). Stir gently to combine and cook for a minute. Drizzle with sesame oil then add bean sprouts. Stir gently until well combined. Turn off the heat.
3. Transfer filling in a strainer or a colander to drain excess liquid and allow to cool completely before wrapping.
4. WRAPPING: Place about 2 tablespoon of the filling in one of the corner of the wrapper. Roll to hold the filling, fold the sides inward to seal, then continue to roll to secure the filling. Brush edges with water or cornstarch paste making sure it is tightly secured. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
