1. In a small saucepan add the sweetener and the water, then stir together.
2. Place the saucepan on the stove and set it to medium-low heat, constantly stirring. Do not bring to a boil. Let simmer until the sweetener is completely dissolved and is translucent.
3. Remove from the heat. Add the heavy cream, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla. Whisk until it’s all combined.
4. Let the creamer cool to room temperature.
