Allow the cauliflower to drain and cool thoroughly. When ready you can prepare the cauliflower by chopping it up fine or pulsing it in a a food processor or good blender.
2. Preheat your air fryer to 370. I like to gently spray my fryer basket with nonstick before placing it into the air fryer.
3. In a large bowl, combine together the cauliflower, egg, bread crumbs, cheeses, and seasoning. Mix these together until you are able to form your tots. You can use a tablespoon to help you with this. If your mix need additional liquid, simply add a bit of water a teaspoon at a time. Tip: apply a bit of oil to your hands to help keep the ingredients from sticking to your hands.
4. Place 6-8 tots (depending on the size) into the fryer taking care to not overlap them. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until done. Repeat the process until all of your tots are done.
