1. Mix the 1tbsp of milk and cornflour together and set aside.
2. Add the potatoes to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
3. Put 250ml milk in a pan and put the salmon, haddock and parsley in to it. Bring the milk to the boil and then simmer for 4 minutes.
4. Using a slotted spoon, lift the fish out and place in a casserole dish and put the prawns on top and mix round so the fish flakes up.
