Pour it all in. Fill a glass half full with ice. Pour in the Prosecco, limoncello, and top it off with soda water. Garnish. Add a fresh lemon slice into the spritz, and top with with a stem of mint leaves. More Summer Cocktails!

Pour in limoncello, vodka, heavy cream, and Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream). Shake vigorously for 20 seconds before straining into prepared martini glass. Top with a slice of lemon.
Since this cocktail is lightened up, I don’t often add ice to this drink. Instead, I make sure the prosecco and sparkling water is super cold.
