2. Add lemon juice and lemon zest of organic lemon, vanilla essence and cream cheese. If you don't have organic lemon, I recommend you not to use the lemon zest. Instead use pure edible lemon essential oil 2-3 drops instead and lemon juice.
3. Combine all together with spatula and make small balls with a spoon and with your hands.
4. Coat energy balls in shredded coconut and put them into fridge for 10-15 minutes.
