2. In a large bowl combine: 2/3 cup cashew meal or almond flour, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp sea salt, ½ tsp black pepper, and 1 tbsp lime zest. Mix together thoroughly and set aside.
3. In a medium size bowl beat the 2 eggs together.
4. Dip a fish fillet in the egg wash and then gently press each side of filet into the nut flour breading mixture until coated. Place coated fillet onto prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining fish fillets.
