1. Using a stand mixer, blend together all ingredients. If you have time, let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. You can also mix it up and set aside for a day or two until you're ready to make the kababs
2. Although I tried this with and without skewers, it really makes no difference to the final product. Since it's a lot easier to simply shape the kababs by hand, divide the meat into four and make four long sausage shapes (or Pokémon shape or whatever you want).
3. Place the kababs in your airfryer and cook at 370F for 10 minutes.
4. Check with a meat thermometer to ensure that the kababs have an internal temperature of 145F.

1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the tahini sauce) with your hands or a wooden spoon, until well blended. Form the mixture into 24 small ball; I like to use an ice-cream scoop to get the exact sizes. Place kofta balls 1 inch apart on an un-greased sheet pan and press to flatten; squeeze as many as you can on the pan because they will shrink as they bake.
3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the center is done. Place under the broiler for 2 minutes or until lightly charred. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and tahini sauce, in pitas or as a salad. Enjoy!

1. In a mixing bowl place the ground beef, salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, sumac, and cinnamon.
2. Add in the grated onion, chopped parsley, and garlic; using your clean hands, mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
3. Form the meat mixture into an oblong shape of about 1 inch in thickness. Use a skewer to form this shape onto 2/3 of it, keeping the skewer stick right into the middle of the meat.
4. Repeat with remaining meat, then let the kafta sit in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes, or until you prepare the grill. (refrigerating is optional)
