3. Next, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, mustard seeds, asafoetida (heeng), green chillies along with onions. Stir for a few seconds and saute them as well on medium flame.
4. Add poha and turmeric powder in the sauteed onions along with salt to taste and mix them well until the poha gets a yellowish colour. Cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes and stir occasionally.
