1. In a saucepan, melt the butter, chocolate and syrup. Heat it gently on a low heat to make sure the chocolate doesn't burn. Leave to cool completely.
2. In the meantime, place the digestive biscuits in a sandwich bag/zip lock bag and bash with a rolling pin (or your fist!)
3. Once the mixture from #1 has completely cooled, stir in the crushed digestive biscuits and marshmallows.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking tin and flatten down with a palette or back of a spoon.
