3. Reduce heat to medium and add marinara, scraping up browned bits on the bottom of the pan. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add spinach, handfuls at a time, and stir until wilted.
4. If skillet is large enough add cooked pasta to sausage sauce and stir gently to coat. Otherwise pour pasta into a serving bowl or casserole dish and pour sauce over it. Stir to combine.
