2. Melt butter in a large glass measuring cup with the onion and garlic. Mix in the bay leaf, peppers, oregano, worcestershire and hot sauces, lemon juice of half lemon, olive oil and parsley.
3. Arrange the shrimp in a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Pour the butter mixture on top and mix in. Sprinkle the top with the bread crumbs.
4. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until the butter is bubbling, and the shrimp are pink. You can turn the broiler on for the last 5 minutes for extra browning on top.
