4. Melt your chocolate with the coconut oil. Once melted, let sit for several minutes, before pouring over the top of the caramel layer. Spread out evenly, before refrigerating until the chocolate has firmed up.

3. For Topping: Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until smooth. Pour over cooled toffee and smooth with the back of a spoon to cover entire surface. Refrigerate until firm. Remove from refrigerator and cut into 16 squares.
