If you use Betadine Iodine, it contains 10% providine iodine, but the label states that it’s only 1% available iodine. So follow Dr. McCullough instructions. I used 1.5 oz distilled water with 1/2 tsp Betadine Iodine & a pinch of Celtic sea salt. Using 1/2 tsp of the 10% povodine iodine product, to 1.5 oz. of water will net you a 1.67% solution.
